The first revolution of The REDPRINT World. La primera revolución del Mundo REDPRINT.
THE REDPRINT: LA PREMIÈRE RÉVOLUTION
The beginning of a five-album mythology where creativity becomes revolt, sound becomes ritual, and LA REINA TAÍNA begins building the world of Rebel Rap.
About the Album
THE REDPRINT: LA PREMIÈRE RÉVOLUTION is the foundation of The REDPRINT World: the first revolution, the first mythology, and the first revolution where LA REINA TAÍNA begins building her own artistic language in public. The album positions creativity as revolt, philosophy, survival, and a necessary weapon against injustice, making it clear that this project is not only music but a system of thought and a way of life.
From Artkinesis and queer cosmology to Dominican absurdity, sapphic desire, political rupture, and futurist prophecy, the album creates the earliest map of Rebel Rap: a practice rooted in movement, theory, pleasure, rage, spirituality, and collective liberation. This first revolution is not trying to be neat, respectable, or easy to categorize. It introduces LA REINA TAÍNA as a world-builder who refuses erasure, refuses stagnation, and refuses to separate the body from the revolution.
LA PREMIÈRE RÉVOLUTION is the opening portal of the five-album REDPRINT series. Across the series, every album functions as a revolution with its own emotional, political, and spiritual focus. This first album establishes the grammar of the world: creativity as rebellion, music as ritual, the body as archive, and performance as a technology of transformation.
The title formatting across the REDPRINT series is also part of the worldbuilding. The first track of each album appears in all caps with no punctuation; the middle songs appear in all caps with a period, and the final song ends with an exclamation point. Even punctuation becomes authorship: a symbolic system where every title, mark, and absence carries meaning.
The First Revolution in a Five-Album World
Tracklist & Song Descriptions
1. THE REDPRINT
“THE REDPRINT” is the beginning of the world. It opens the album by declaring that creativity is not decoration, talent, or entertainment alone — creativity is revolt, philosophy, relationship, work, survival, and a necessary weapon against injustice. Before LA REINA TAÍNA introduces herself as a rapper, mogul, or persona, this track establishes the central law of the REDPRINT universe: there is no revolution without creativity. That makes the song less of an intro and more of a founding text, a manifesto that tells listeners they are not entering a normal album; they are entering a system of thought and way of life.
This is also where the album names its lineage and then breaks from it. “First came The Blueprint,” then “The Pinkprint,” and then from the music comes La Reina, the Queen — not as imitation, but as evolution. The rabbit imagery flips prey into power: “ain’t no fun when the rabbit’s got the gun,” turning survival into revolt and speech into a weapon. The track builds the foundation for Rebel Rappers because it says the rapper is not just here to perform domination, wealth, or desirability; the rapper is here to remake institutions, weaponize language, and make creativity politically dangerous again.
2. ARTKINESIS.
“ARTKINESIS.” is where the REDPRINT world gets its first original theory-word. The song defines Artkinesis as the practice of using art as a spiritual and political force that moves bodies, behaviors, and borders toward collective liberation, especially through ritual, performance, and spiritual activism. That matters because the track does not treat dance as filler or party energy. It treats rhythm as a method. It says the body can be moved toward freedom, and that art can become a force strong enough to shift people, rooms, communities, and futures.
The lyrics keep repeating “the rhythm is the ritual” because the song is teaching the listener how to enter the world physically. After “THE REDPRINT” gives the manifesto, “ARTKINESIS.” gives the movement practice: dance like you always wanted to dance, dance like you never had the chance before, start with the hips, bring the body down, twist, gather friends, and make the ritual communal. This is one of the clearest early examples of LA REINA TAINA’s worldbuilding because it turns pleasure, ass-shaking, ritual, and liberation into the same political grammar.
3. COSMOLOGICAL GANG BANG.
“COSMOLOGICAL GANG BANG.” is one of the most conceptually important songs on the album because it refuses to let sexuality, queerness, darkness, or collective energy remain trapped inside shame. The song reframes the phrase “gang bang” away from violence and toward a ritualistic gathering of energies brought together by gods and goddesses. It is not using provocation just to shock; it is using provocation to retell creation. The track imagines queer bodies coming together through dance, ritual, and procreation to birth a new energy.
This song also roots the REDPRINT world in precolonial queer spirituality. By invoking Babaylans, third-gender people, gender neutrality, and gender fluidity in precolonial Philippine cosmology, the song places queer and trans people inside sacred history instead of modern pathology. Its final thesis — that queer people are the shamans of tomorrow — expands the album beyond autobiography and into cosmology. Here, queerness becomes a portal: a way to transcend the limits of thought, belief systems, bodies, and colonial reality itself.
4. DÉJAME EN PAZ.
“DÉJAME EN PAZ.” is a boundary song, but it is also a desire song. The repeated demand — “déjame en paz” — makes peace and patience feel like something that must be protected from foolishness, masculinity, interruption, and people who do not know how to approach correctly. LA REINA TAÍNA names the other person as a “bobo” and herself as a “lobo,” which immediately creates a predator/prey reversal: she is not the one to be played with. In the storytelling of the album, this song comes after ritual and cosmology, so the body that was just moved and spiritually charged now begins choosing who gets access to it.
The track also introduces a sexual and sapphic confidence that is an important part of LA REINA TAÍNA’s theories-in-the-flesh. “This is my lesbian era” is not written as a private confession; it is embodied and public. The song rejects macho expectation and redirects desire toward women, size, pleasure, hips, filming, and star power. It is messy, explicit, funny, and commanding, but underneath the sexual confidence is a clear worldbuilding rule: access to LA REINA TAÍNA is not automatic. Peace comes first. Pleasure comes by invitation.
5. A.E.I.O.U.
“A.E.I.O.U.” works like a playful spell, a taunt, and a schoolyard chant turned into Rebel Rap. The repetition of vowels makes the song feel simple on the surface, but that simplicity is part of the point: it turns basic language into rhythm, insult, comedy, and attitude. “El burro sabe más que tú” flips intelligence into a joke, making the so-called fool smarter than the person who thinks they know everything. In the album sequence, this track gives the REDPRINT world room to be unserious, childish, Dominican, weird, animated, and sharp at the same time.
This song also shows that the REDPRINT foundation is not only built from grand theory. It is built from jokes, blunt smoke, shampoo, tattoos, Pikachu, and the kind of absurd images that make a persona feel alive and down to earth. That matters because LA REINA TAÍNA is not trying to be respectable in a flat, academic, polished way. She is building a world where high theory and ridiculousness can sit beside each other without canceling each other out. “A.E.I.O.U.” is the album saying: language belongs to me, even when I’m using it to play.
6. LUIGI.
“LUIGI.” is the rupture point of the first album, but it also existed as a warning shot before THE REDPRINT: LA PREMIÈRE RÉVOLUTION fully arrived. Featured as a single before the album’s release, the song already announced itself as more than a rap record: it was a battleground, an unflinching lyrical revolt carved from raw truth, sacred rage, cultural memory, personal grief, and political defiance. Coming after the playful, schoolyard spell of “A.E.I.O.U.,” “LUIGI.” tears the world open. It begins with unhappiness, breathlessness, and the body not feeling free, then turns into one of the project’s most aggressive confrontations with betrayal, whiteness, cisheteropatriarchy, transphobia, family rejection, and political hypocrisy. In the REDPRINT story, this is where the revolution stops being theoretical and becomes embodied pressure: “body nuh free / me can’t breathe.”
As the track expands, “LUIGI.” becomes a sonic embodiment of Artkinesis itself: art that does not just move, but evolves, reshapes, confronts, and liberates. Its later section pulls U.S. hypocrisy, Palestine, Catholic theocracy, African royalty, Abya Yala, Latino modernity, blanqueamiento, hip-hop’s forgotten purpose, disability, Dominican identity, transness, non-binary identity, family, plutocracy, Afro-futurism, and collective growth into one overwhelming transmission. It is long, preachy by its own admission, and intentionally impossible to reduce — because that is its function. “LUIGI.” is the prelude to liberation inside the album: a weaponized offering to those carrying generational wounds and interstellar dreams, and a challenge to cross over from survival into prophecy.
7. IM DA ALPHA, Ü DA BETA!
“IM DA ALPHA, Ü DA BETA!” closes the first album by sending the listener into the future. The repeated question — “are we going to the future?” — makes the ending feel like a portal, not a conclusion. After the album has built its manifesto, ritual, cosmology, boundaries, play, and rupture, this final track turns toward movement and continuation. It says: do not stop, do not run from yourself, concentrate on love, and go forward anyway. That is why the exclamation point matters here; this is not a quiet ending. It is a launch.
The final track also carries grief and community responsibility. It names suffering, violence, being forced into hiding, building bridges and worlds with the mind, chosen family, missing people in community, and the murder of a trans sister. That grief makes the “future” language more serious, because the song is not pretending the future is easy or guaranteed. It is asking whether we can still go there after violence, after loss, after fear, and after the world has tried to make trans people disappear. As the closing track of LA PREMIÈRE RÉVOLUTION, “IM DA ALPHA, Ü DA BETA!” makes the first album feel like the beginning of a prophecy: LA REINA TAÍNA is not only surviving the present — she is calling her people into what comes next.
1. THE REDPRINT
“First came The Blueprint”, después “The Pinkprint”, y luego, desde la música, nace La Reina, the Queen — no como imitación, sino como evolución.
5. A.E.I.O.U.
7. IM DA ALPHA, Ü DA BETA!
“IM DA ALPHA, Ü DA BETA!” cierra el primer álbum enviando a quien escucha hacia el futuro. La pregunta repetida — “are we going to the future?”
